By purchasing from or interacting with Printacy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. ABOUT PRINTACY

Printacy is a design-focused 3D printing brand offering functional and decorative products. All products are manufactured using 3D printing technology and may show minor variations that are part of the process.

2. PRODUCT NATURE & VARIATIONS

* All products are 3D printed and may have minor layer lines, texture variations, or slight color differences.

* Product images are for reference only. Actual product may vary slightly due to lighting, material batches, or printing orientation.

* Such variations are not considered defects.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

* Orders are confirmed only after full payment unless otherwise agreed.

* Printacy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or misuse.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

* Orders are typically dispatched within the communicated timeline.

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

* Due to print on demand nature of 3D printed products, we currently so not offer return. In case the product is damaged , we offer replacement.

* Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

6. CANCELLATIONS

* Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

7. USAGE & SAFETY

* Products are intended for decorative or light utility use only unless explicitly stated.

* Keep products away from excessive heat, open flames, and direct sunlight.

* Printacy is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

* All designs, product images, branding, and content belong to Printacy.

* Copying, reproducing, or reselling Printacy designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION

* Printacy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

* Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Printacy shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply disruptions.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
